Return and Refund Policy
This policy governs the conditions for returns, cancellations and refunds of all services contracted through our platform, including space reservations, events, training courses and memberships.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the user has a period of 14 calendar days from the contracting of the service to exercise their right of withdrawal without the need for justification, provided that the service has not been executed.
2. Space Reservation Cancellation Policy

3. Event Cancellation Policy

If FUSTIBUS cancels the event, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed.
4. Training and Course Cancellation Policy

| Between 3 and 7 days | 50% of the amount |
| Less than 3 days | No refund |
If FUSTIBUS cancels the course for not reaching the minimum number of students, a full refund or transfer to another edition will be offered.
5. Membership Policy
- Membership cancellation must be communicated with a minimum of 30 days notice before the next billing period.
- No refunds will be made for fees already paid for periods that have started.
- In case of cancellation, access will be maintained until the end of the billed period.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to:
- Services fully executed when the consumer has given their express consent.
- Services whose execution has begun with the consumer's consent.
- Accommodation, transport, catering or leisure activity reservations for a specific date.
7. Refund Request Procedure
- Access your user area on our platform.
- Locate the service you wish to cancel and click "Cancel".
- Alternatively, send an email to hola@fustibus.com indicating:
- Full name and ID number
- Reservation or purchase reference number
- Reason for cancellation
- You will receive confirmation with the applicable refund details.
8. Refund Periods and Methods
- Refunds will be processed within a maximum period of 14 business days from the acceptance of the request.
- The refund will be made by the same payment method used in the original purchase.
- In case of card payment, the period may vary depending on the bank (usually 5-10 additional days).
9. Special Cases and Force Majeure
FUSTIBUS may consider exceptions in duly justified cases:
- Medical emergencies (with supporting documentation)
- Death of immediate family member
- Duly accredited force majeure
