What is the difference between registration, transfer and renewal?

Registration is the first year of a new domain. Transfer means bringing a domain you already own at another provider to Fustibus. Renewal is what you pay each year after the first. Each extension has its own price for each case, and you always see it before ordering.

Yes. Every price on this page is final, VAT included, and we email you before each renewal.

How do I transfer my domain to Fustibus?

Search for your domain, mark it as a transfer and provide the authorisation code (authcode) from your current provider. We handle the process and confirm each step by email; for most extensions there is no service interruption.

Can I register only the domain, without hosting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can register just the domain and point it wherever you like. If you later order hosting or email from us, we activate it on the same domain.

How long until it is active?

Accepted Answer

A new registration is usually active within minutes. A transfer depends on the source provider and the extension: normally between a few hours and five days.
